Welcome to 369 Daily ("the App"), developed and operated by Believe PR, owned by Armando Jimenez. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy.

369 Daily is a manifestation app based on the 369 method, inspired by Nikola Tesla's fascination with the numbers 3, 6, and 9. The app guides you through a daily writing ritual: write your affirmation 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times in the evening. All affirmations and personal data remain entirely on your device.

2. Privacy-First Approach

369 Daily is built on a privacy-first foundation. We believe your manifestation practice, affirmations, and personal reflections should remain entirely private. Unlike many apps, we:

• Store all data locally on your device using a local database
• Never upload your affirmations, entries, or progress to any server
• Don't require email, login, or any user account
• Use zero analytics services -- no Firebase, no Crashlytics, no tracking whatsoever
• Include no advertising of any kind

Important: If you delete the app, all your data will be permanently lost. We cannot recover it because we never had access to it.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Create

All of the following data is stored locally on your device and is NOT transmitted to any server:

• Affirmations: The manifestation text you write during 3-6-9 sessions
• Session Progress: Completion status for morning, afternoon, and evening writing sessions
• Cycle Data: Your manifestation cycle progress (33 or 45 day cycles)
• Streak & Calendar Data: Daily completion history and streak counts
• Daily Reflections: Personal reflections and journal entries
• Notification Preferences: Your reminder schedule and settings
• Theme Preferences: Session-aware theme and appearance choices
• Language Preference: Your chosen language (English or Spanish)

3.2 Information Automatically Collected

369 Daily does NOT automatically collect any data. We use:

• No analytics services -- zero usage tracking
• No crash reporting services -- no crash data is transmitted
• No remote configuration -- all settings are local

3.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do NOT collect or have access to:

• Your affirmations or manifestation text
• Your session history or writing entries
• Personal identification (name, email, phone, etc.)
• Location data
• Health data
• Social media profiles or contacts
• Device usage analytics or behavioral data
• Advertising identifiers

4. How We Use Your Information

4.1 App Functionality (On-Device)

Your data is used entirely on your device to:

• Guide you through 369 writing sessions (3x morning, 6x afternoon, 9x evening)
• Track your manifestation cycle progress (33 or 45 day cycles)
• Display your streak count and progress calendar
• Send local session reminders at your preferred times
• Apply session-aware themes (morning, afternoon, evening color palettes)
• Generate shareable affirmation images
• Show daily reflection prompts

4.2 What We Do NOT Use Your Data For

Because we have zero access to your data:

• We do NOT analyze your affirmations or entries
• We do NOT use your data for advertising
• We do NOT sell or share your data with anyone
• We do NOT use your data for analytics or improvement

Your affirmations and entries never leave your device.

5. Data Storage & Security

All your personal data is stored on your device using:

• Database: Local SQLite/Drift database
• iOS: Secure app sandbox with iOS encryption
• Android: Internal app storage with Android security

• Data remains on your device indefinitely until you delete it
• Deleting the app removes all local data permanently
• No cloud backup or sync -- your data exists solely on your device

6.1 Required Permissions

Notifications

• Purpose: Session reminders (morning, afternoon, evening)
• Privacy: Notifications are generic and do not contain your affirmations or personal data
• Control: Fully configurable -- set your own reminder schedule or disable entirely

Local Storage

• Purpose: Save app data on your device

• Camera
• Location/GPS
• Contacts
• Calendar
• Health data
• Microphone
• Photo library
• Bluetooth

7. Subscriptions

7.1 369 Daily Pro

We offer a premium subscription tier called 369 Daily Pro:

• Plans: Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime options
• Payment: Managed via RevenueCat + Apple App Store / Google Play Store
• Free Features: 1 cycle, core 3/6/9 sessions, basic notifications, auto theme
• Premium Features: Unlimited cycles, custom themes, session windows, affirmation in notifications, and more
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime in App Store or Play Store settings

7.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled through:

Refund policies are subject to Apple and Google's terms.

8. Third-Party Services

369 Daily integrates only the following third-party services:

The only data that may be processed externally is subscription purchase information, which is handled by RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store according to their respective privacy policies.
