Ponle IVU is a tax calculator application designed to help you calculate taxes (IVU/IVA), tips, discounts, and split bills among multiple people. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection, use, and protection.

Ponle IVU operates entirely offline. The app does NOT collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Photos or media files

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

For free users, Google AdMob may automatically collect limited technical information for advertising purposes:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• Usage Data: App interactions, ad impressions, ad clicks
• Technical Data: IP address (approximate location only), crash logs for stability

Note for Premium Users: Users who purchase the ad-free version will not have any data collected by Google AdMob.

2.3 Saved Receipts

When you save receipts within the app:

• All receipt data is stored locally on your device only
• Receipt data is never uploaded to external servers
• You have full control to view, edit, or delete saved receipts
• Receipt data is included in device backups (iCloud/Google Drive) if enabled

3. How We Use Your Information

Since Ponle IVU operates entirely offline, we do not directly collect or use your personal information. However, third-party services may use collected data for:

• Performing tax, tip, and discount calculations locally on your device
• Saving and managing your receipts within the app
• Generating PDF reports of your calculations
• Maintaining app preferences and settings

3.2 Advertising (Free Version Only)

Google AdMob uses collected data to:

• Display relevant advertisements
• Measure ad performance and effectiveness
• Prevent fraud and ensure ad quality

4. Data Storage & Security

4.1 Local Storage

All your calculation data and saved receipts are stored exclusively on your device using:

• iOS: Secure app sandbox storage protected by iOS security features
• Android: Internal app storage with Android security protections

4.2 Device Backups

Your saved data may be included in device backups:

• iOS: iCloud Backup (if enabled by you)
• Android: Google Drive Backup (if enabled by you)

These backups are controlled by Apple and Google's respective privacy policies, not by us.

• Local data remains on your device until you delete the app
• Deleting the app will permanently remove all saved calculations and receipts
• Premium purchase records are retained by Apple/Google for transaction purposes

5. Advertising

5.1 Google AdMob (Free Version Only)

The free version of Ponle IVU displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process data as described in their privacy policy.

5.2 Advertising Identifier

AdMob uses your device's Advertising ID for personalized advertising:

• iOS: Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)
• Android: Google Advertising ID (GAID)

5.3 Opting Out of Personalized Ads

You can opt out of personalized advertising:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

Even after opting out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to your interests.

5.4 Ad-Free Option

You can permanently remove all advertisements by purchasing the ad-free version through a one-time in-app purchase. Once purchased:

• All ads are immediately and permanently removed
• Google AdMob will no longer collect any data from your device
• The purchase is linked to your Apple ID/Google account

Ponle IVU integrates the following third-party services:
