1. Introduction
These terms describe Universe Shop: Manifest It All, an offline imagination and visualization app by Armando Jimenez. Contact: hello@armandojimenez.dev.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using the app, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you cannot lawfully agree on your own, use it only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Follow the age and account requirements of your platform. There is no app account to register.
3. Your license
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the app and its intended sharing features on compatible devices, subject to these terms and third-party licenses. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Open-source rights are governed by their own notices, not restricted by this license.
4. An imaginary shop
All catalogue purchases, balances, deposits, deliveries, ownership certificates, gifts, and My Store activity are simulated. They have no cash value and do not purchase, transfer, deliver, or prove legal ownership of real goods. No actual buyer receives your creations. The app is a personal creative practice; it does not guarantee wealth, a particular outcome, or that desires will materialize in real life. It does not provide financial, medical, or mental-health advice.
5. Free use and optional membership
The free universe remains available without a paid membership. Founding Member unlocks the benefits shown in the app. Monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions may be offered. The exact price, billing period, available introductory offer or free trial, eligibility, and terms are shown in the app and confirmed by your store before purchase. At the end of an eligible trial, the displayed recurring price applies unless cancelled in time. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off renewal before the store’s deadline; on Apple platforms, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple or Google processes payment and subscription management. Deleting or resetting the app does not cancel a subscription.
6. Restoring and membership changes
Restore uses the same store account and verified purchases; it does not recover local content or transfer a purchase across Apple and Google. Verified access may continue through an active paid or store-approved grace period. Expiry, refund, revocation, or payment hold can limit new premium actions. Your existing local work is retained. You can manage your subscription from the store's account settings.
7. Your content and copies
You keep rights to the words and photos you create or import. Import only content you have permission to use. Personal content stays local unless you choose an export or support message. Keep exported copies of proof you want to retain: uninstall, device loss, or an applied timeline reset can remove the local universe. There is no server backup or app account to recover it. Reset timing, when that feature is available, is the next local midnight with a cancellation window; preferences and membership are retained. Copies saved outside the app are not erased by a reset.
8. App materials and respectful use
App software, bundled catalogue writing, design, and artwork are provided for use with the app and its intended sharing features. Third-party materials remain subject to their stated licenses. Do not redistribute the app's asset library, circumvent purchase verification, or use the app unlawfully. Open-source notices are available offline in Licenses. No rights beyond the applicable licenses and consumer law are removed by these terms.
9. Availability and your rights
We work to keep the app usable, but devices, storage, operating systems, stores, notification delivery, and external services can fail or change. The app is provided as available to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not promise uninterrupted service, recovery of deleted local data, or real-world manifestation results.
10. Changes and contact
The date above identifies these terms. Changes to app behavior, memberships, or these terms will be described in the app and published policy as appropriate. Existing purchases remain subject to applicable store rules and consumer protections. Send questions to hello@armandojimenez.dev. Apple App Store use is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; Google Play use is subject to Google's applicable store terms.
11. Refunds and price changes
Refund requests and purchase disputes follow the store’s procedures and your mandatory consumer rights; this policy does not impose a blanket no-refund rule. Request Apple refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com or use Google Play’s refund process. Stores communicate subscription price changes and request consent where their rules or applicable law require it. Review the store’s renewal notice and cancel if you do not want to renew.
12. Security, availability, and liability
You are responsible for keeping your device secure and protecting copies you export. No system can guarantee perfect security or availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on simulated outcomes, device failure, or deletion of local content. Nothing excludes liability for conduct or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. No invented monetary liability cap, mandatory arbitration, or waiver of statutory consumer rights is imposed here.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and applicable United States law, except where mandatory laws of your place of residence provide otherwise. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. You retain any right to use your local courts, regulators, or consumer remedies; these terms do not require exclusive Puerto Rico jurisdiction.
14. General provisions
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms cover use of this app alongside applicable store rules and third-party licenses. Changes apply as permitted by law and do not retroactively remove mandatory rights or earned store entitlements.
