1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Manna ("the App"), developed and operated by Believe PR, owned by Armando Jimenez. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1.1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Believe PR. By using the App, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• If you are under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. App Description

2.1 Purpose

Manna is a Christian affirmations application designed to help users:

• Receive daily Scripture-inspired affirmations across 20 curated categories
• Create and manage personal affirmations in English and Spanish
• Build a consistent spiritual practice through reminders and streak tracking
• Customize their experience with visual themes, mixes, and personalization

2.2 Key Features

• Daily Affirmations: Card-based feed with swipe navigation across 20 categories
• Categories: Daily Bread, Inner Peace, Faith & Trust, Healing, Strength, Gratitude, Purpose, Love & Grace, Abundance, Rest & Sleep, Wisdom, Patience, Identity, Forgiveness, Family, Protection, Joy, Humility, Guidance, and New Beginnings
• My Affirmations: Create custom bilingual affirmations
• Custom Mixes: Combine categories into personalized feeds
• Visual Themes: Pre-made and custom themes with gradients, fonts, and images
• Reminders: Scheduled notifications with flexible time ranges and day selection
• Sharing: Share affirmations via Instagram Stories, system share, or copy to clipboard
• Backup & Restore: Local data backup and restore functionality
• Bilingual: Full English and Spanish language support

2.3 Availability

• The App is available for iOS and Android devices
• Certain features may vary by platform
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time

3. License to Use

3.1 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Believe PR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Use all features and functionalities as intended

3.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Circumvent any security features or access restrictions
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the App

3.3 Ownership

The App and all intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Believe PR and Armando Jimenez. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. User Obligations

4.1 Responsible Use

You agree to:

• Use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
• Understand that affirmations are for personal inspiration and spiritual encouragement
• Keep your device secure and protect your saved data
• Not use the App for any unlawful or harmful purposes

4.2 Data Responsibility

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You are responsible for backing up your data regularly
• Protect your device from unauthorized access
• Understand that deleting the app permanently removes all data

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share or distribute the App outside official app stores
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to App features
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Upload malware or malicious code

5. Content Disclaimer

The affirmations and content provided in Manna are for personal inspiration and spiritual encouragement only. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Affirmations are not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice
• The App does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services
• Content is meant for personal reflection and spiritual growth
• We make no claims about specific outcomes from using the App
• You should seek professional help for mental health, medical, or other professional needs
• The App is non-denominational in nature and intended for general Christian inspiration

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Your Custom Affirmations

You may create custom affirmations within the App. You retain full ownership of all content you create, including:

• Custom affirmations (in English and/or Spanish)
• Custom mixes and category combinations
• Custom visual themes and configurations

6.2 No Claim to User Content

Since your content is stored locally on your device and never transmitted to our servers, we claim no ownership, license, or rights to any content you create within the App.

6.3 Shared Content

When you choose to share affirmations through the share feature:

• You are responsible for the content you share publicly
• Shared images contain the affirmation text with your chosen visual theme
• Sharing is entirely voluntary and initiated by you

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to:

• Source code and software
• User interface and design
• Built-in affirmation content and translations
• Graphics, logos, and icons
• Pre-made visual themes and fonts
• Category names and organization

7.2 Trademarks

"Manna" and associated logos are trademarks of Believe PR. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the App for:

8.1 Illegal Activities

• Any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws
• Distributing harmful, offensive, or hateful content via the share feature

8.2 Unauthorized Access

• Hacking or cracking the App
• Bypassing security measures
• Reverse engineering the App code

8.3 Commercial Exploitation

• Reselling or redistributing the App or its content
• Using built-in affirmations in commercial products without permission
• Scraping or extracting App content

8.4 Harmful Activities

• Uploading malware or viruses
• Disrupting App functionality
• Misrepresenting the App or its content

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate this agreement at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App from all devices
• Deleting all saved data
• Ceasing all use of the App

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to:

• Discontinue the App at any time
• Remove the App from app stores
• Disable features or functionality

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App immediately ends
• You must cease all use of the App
• All locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the App
• Provisions regarding disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive

10. Disclaimers

10.1 "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

10.2 Not Professional Advice

THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR:

• Professional counseling, therapy, or mental health services
• Medical advice or treatment
• Pastoral or spiritual counseling from qualified professionals
• Any form of professional guidance

10.3 No Guarantee of Results

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will produce any specific spiritual or personal outcomes
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• All features will function perfectly at all times
• Bugs or errors will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with all devices

10.4 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Maximum Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BELIEVE PR, ARMANDO JIMENEZ, OR THEIR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF DATA OR INFORMATION
• PERSONAL INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS
• COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES

11.2 Cap on Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED $50 USD (or equivalent in your local currency).

11.3 Basis of the Bargain

These limitations reflect the allocation of risk between the parties. The App is offered free of charge, and the limitations are an essential basis of the agreement.

11.4 Jurisdictional Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

12.1 Your Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Believe PR, Armando Jimenez, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you share publicly from the App

12.2 Defense of Claims

We reserve the right to:

• Assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification
• Cooperate with you in defending such claims
• Settle claims at our discretion

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Puerto Rico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13.3 Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through:

• Good Faith Discussion: Allow 30 days for resolution attempts
• Mediation: Consider voluntary mediation if informal resolution fails

13.4 Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes may be made to reflect:

• User feedback and concerns

14.3 Acceptance of Changes
