One person makes Hearten. Write and you reach him, not a queue.
A reading did not arrive
Open Readings and check that the reading is on, that its window has not already passed today, and that its days include today. Then check that notifications are allowed for Hearten in your phone's settings. The book composes each reading on your device at the hour you set, so it needs that permission and nothing else.
I bought the Gilded edition and it is not showing
Open the Library, then the Gilded page, and choose Restore purchases. Use the same App Store or Google account you bought it with. If it still does not appear, write to me with the store receipt and I will sort it out.
Can I move my pages to a new phone
Your pages, favorites and readings live on the device and are never uploaded, so they do not travel on their own. Before you leave a phone, open a page you wrote and share it to yourself. A backup that carries app data, such as an encrypted iPhone backup or an Android transfer, brings the whole book across.
A page is not for me
Hide it. Open the page and choose Hide, and it leaves every surface, including your readings and your home screen. You can see everything you have hidden, and bring a page back, from the hidden pages list.
Will my language arrive
English and Spanish are here now. The other languages are being written for each language rather than machine translated, and each one arrives when it is finished.
