Know what totrain today.
Tap the muscles you trained on a glowing body. About ten seconds, no sets, no reps. Deload shows how recovered every muscle is right now, fresh, recovering or cooked, and calls your training day: push, pull, legs or rest.

Tap a muscle This body is live. Tap any muscle for its recovery, and flip it to read the back.
Ten seconds in
Ten seconds.No sets, no reps.
Tap what you trained, whole groups or single muscles, then say how hard it went: Easy, Solid or Brutal. That is the whole log. The hours under each intensity come straight from the engine, with whatever fatigue you are already carrying counted in.
Tap the muscles. The hours under Easy, Solid and Brutal move with your selection.
Intelligence out
See what’srecovered.
Every muscle is tinted by how much of the last session your body has paid off. Green is fresh, amber is recovering, red is cooked, and cooked muscles pulse. You read the whole body at a glance, front and back, without a single number.
- freshTrain it.
- recoveringTrainable, not at your best.
- cookedTraining it now costs you the week.
One number for the whole body
The Ready score averages every muscle out of 100, so you know whether there is anything in the tank today before you pick a single exercise.
To the hour
Fresh at5:06 PM.
Not “give it a couple of days.” Open any muscle and Deload names the hour it crosses back into fresh, with the recovery curve behind it: the dip your session made, solid up to now, dashed after.
Know when everymuscle comes back.
Seven bars, one per day, each your whole-body readiness that day if you rest. Build your training split around when muscles come back instead of around the calendar.
The imbalance, early
Pull behind push?You’d know.
Sets by pattern over the last seven days, push, pull, legs and core, with a plain sentence the moment one side trails the other by more than 15%. Twelve-week symmetry for the long view. You catch it while it is still a fix.
Your recovery profile
Tuned to howyou recover.
Four answers resize every recovery window: your age, your years under the bar, your sleep, and how long you tend to stay sore. Large muscles start at 56 hours and small ones at 28, then move with you. Capped at 20% either way, and the app says so when the cap bites.
Change an answer. The windows and the body move.
Before you open the app
Today’s call,on your home screen.
Home-screen widgets carry the Ready score, the call and a dot per muscle. One nudge a day at most: the call at the hour you pick, and a word when a muscle is back. Never guilt.
How it works
Arithmetic you cando on paper.
No model, no training data. Three inputs: your log, four answers and the clock, and the same answer every time.
Muscle is built after the workout. Training tears it down. The 24–72 hours after are where it grows back stronger. That window is the whole game.
Tap the muscles you trained and how hard you went. That is the whole log: about ten seconds, no sets, no reps, no weight.
Every muscle gets a recovery window sized to how big it is, how hard you went and the profile you set. Fatigue falls off in a straight line, and a muscle reads fresh again when it crosses back over.
The same inputs always give the same answer, and the numbers behind it are the numbers on screen.
| Easy | Solid | Brutal | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Large musclesChest, Lats, Traps, Lower back, Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes | 48h | 56h | 73h |
| Small musclesFront delts, Side & rear delts, Biceps, Triceps, Forearms, Core, Calves | 24h | 28h | 36h |
A session lays down 45, 70 or 100 points of fatigue by intensity, falling in a straight line to zero across the window. Readiness is what is left of 100: fresh from 80, cooked under 45. Your profile stretches every window, up to 20% either way.
What Deload is not
Not a logger. Not medical. Not AI.
- Not a logger. It does not want your sets, your reps or your one-rep max.
- Not medical. It reads training fatigue, not injury or illness, and nothing here is advice from anyone qualified to give it.
- Not AI. It is a small model whose weights you can read on your own recovery profile.
- No account
- No wearable
- Works offline
Every session stays on this device. There is no account and no server. The only thing that ever leaves is a crash report, and it carries nothing personal.
One person.Every screen.
I lifted for years without ever really knowing what to train next.
So I built the answer. Tap what you trained, and Deload tells you what your body has paid off and what is still cooking. Ten seconds in, a straight answer out.
